These Terms of Service govern your use of bennettinvestmentcorp.com and the services of Bennett Investment Corp (“we,” “us”). By using the site, submitting a form or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms.

What we do

We provide real estate brokerage and ADU planning and development guidance for homeowners and investors in the Bay Area. Reports, analyses, floor plans, sample layouts and renderings on this site are general and conceptual. They are not a survey, appraisal, engineering or architectural plan, legal or tax advice, or a promise of what your property can support.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee permit approval, construction costs, rental income, investment return, appreciation or property value. Local rules and requirements vary by jurisdiction and change over time. You are responsible for confirming requirements with the applicable city or county and for your own decisions.

Independent contractors

Construction is performed by independent third-party licensed contractors under a separate agreement between the property owner and the selected contractor. Bennett Investment Corp is not the general contractor. We may introduce or coordinate with contractors and other professionals when appropriate, but we do not supervise or guarantee their work.

Consultations and communications

A free report, analysis or consultation does not create a brokerage, agency or fiduciary relationship. Any representation agreement must be in a separate written agreement signed by you and the broker.

By giving us your phone number and email, you agree we may contact you about your request. Standard message and data rates may apply to texts.

Text message terms

• Program: Bennett Investment Corp sends text messages related to your ADU inquiry, consultation scheduling and appointment reminders, and, if you separately opt in, marketing and promotional messages.
• Frequency: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.

• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile numbers or text opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.
